What is the work environment like at Legacy Marketing Partners?
Fun. Creative. Engaging. Entrepreneurial. The passion we have for the work that we do creates an environment where employees want to be.
What is a typical day like?
There are no typical days, but creativity and commitment are always present. From ad hoc brainstorms that take place in one of our favorite conference rooms, affectionately named The Fishbowl due to all of the windows, to the company-wide State of the Union events that mix a little education and celebration. Connection with each other and the clients we work with is always at the forefront.
What is your favorite thing about your company?
The people. I am privileged to work with the caliber of talent we have in the agency.

Strategic and bold thinking, revolutionary and evolved approach to challenges, flawless execution, fierce commitment, loyalty to agency and clients, creativity, results-oriented and passionate.
Any advice for job seekers looking to work in your industry?
Hands down, it is all about networking. And, knowing which agency is the best cultural fit for you. There needs to be a values match in order for the candidate and the agency to succeed.
Where is your field/industry headed?
We are on the cutting edge of engagement marketing and we pride ourselves on evolving faster and more efficiently than our competition. Our industry has changed and will continue to change. We just need to know where it’s heading before anyone else does.
How has technology changed or affected your business?
We embrace technology to the fullest extent and are continually looking for ways it can improve our business and the success of our clients. To lead us in our efforts, we have a Social Media Strategist, Barbara Maldonado, committed to all accounts within the agency, including a close partnership with HR to find the best talent and to develop that talent by using the most effective social media platforms and technology available.
What are some of the things you do for fun when you are not working?
I enjoy reading, traveling, playing soccer, scuba diving and spending quality time with family & friends.
